Order Processing
All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.
Please allow:
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
- Additional processing time may occur during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated shipping times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Orders
- 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Kratos Kronos is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Multiple Item Orders
Some items may ship separately depending on product availability, production location, or fulfillment requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Kratos Kronos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
